Online Seminary

I sought ordination so that I could bring a spiritually progressive and inclusive voice to the religious (sometimes hyper-religious) realms of Akransas.  Many times I find Christians and other religious/pious people to be judgmental and exclusive in their approach to spirituality and faith.  That is not my understanding of Christ, the Church, the Abrahamic traditions/faiths, or the purpose of any religious faith.  I chose a universalist affiliation because I do not believe that there is only one path to God, righteousness, hope or enlightenment.  I am hoping to expand my ministry into areas of teaching about pastoral counseling (have degrees in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling Emphasis) and Sociology (Social Work Empahsis) and teaching credentials in Ethics, History, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Computer Applications, Health, Medical Assisting/Allied Health, and more.

As a long time member of ULC, Rev. Long created the seminary site to help train our ministers. We also have a huge catalog of Universal Life Church materials.  As an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church for many years and it's Seminary since the beginning, I've enjoyed watching the continual growth of the seminary.
