I became ordained because I do not like regular churches, as they are too political for me.   I had hoped one day to start a church of my own, but have not been able to get it done, as I would need some classes and some of the equipment.       

But who knows maybe one day yet.  In the meantime I read all the things that are emailed to me and feel as though I am learning something new all the time.

Hello,

My name is Tamanava Eden-McLintock.  I am a Wiccan/Universalist who became ordained in order to help people of Pagan/Wiccan faiths marry legally in their traditions.  I have also performed non-Denominational weddings, and currently work with a Wiccan church.  In the future I hope to take several classes from the Seminary.  I have a Masters of Religion from the original ULC course group (before the Seminary was in place).  Bright Blessings!

Universal Life Church

I originally became ordained as a “lark,” but began to take it more seriously over time. I have yet to find a church that teaches according to my beliefs, so I began to study other religious doctrines and incorporated those aspects that enhanced my own beliefs. I currently use my ordination to perform weddings, but I also continue to research and study other religions in the hopes of actively starting a church at some point.

I was ordained in the hopes of one day preaching to the hurting.  Or should I say helping them out.  I do not feel comfortable with organized religion and believe that every person should chose for them selves what to believe.  Without infringing on the rights of others.

I am currently taking Spirit Quest.
