Domestic Violence Coordinator

Advocate for survivors of domestic violence.  Secure safety, shelter, and social service benefits.  Assist in accessing legal remedies.  Coordinate with schools, magistrates, law enforcement, victim witness, and prosecutor as needed.  Provide daily peer counseling, facilitate weekly group counseling, and rotate with others to work the emergency hotline. Supervise one other advocate.  Participant in a number of State subcommittees.

Quality Control Labs – Hire, supervise, and train salaried technicians in a number of labs for product testing.  Monitor test results and report to production.  Budget, payroll, and performance appraisal responsibilities.  Acquire and maintain testing equipment.  Write, revise, and produce proper operating procedures for sampling and testing.  Facility Radiation Officer.
Production Operations – Frontline supervisory duties accomplished by managing safe and efficient hourly production personnel utilizing various processing equipment.  Responsible for work assignments, payroll and enforcing disciplinary action as needed.  Instrumental in meeting and exceeding production and safety goals within specified guidelines.  Write and produce safe job procedures, operating procedures for equipment, and lock-out/tag-out procedures.   Also supervised warehouses, receiving raw materials and shipping final product, within and outside of Virginia.
